Meet Andy Lyde, PCC

Meet Your Coach

Andy first became an ICF-certified coach in 2006. He is very unique in the world of coaching in being a Psychosynthesis Life Coach and Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). (Click here to view the ICF Code of Ethics for coaches.)

He served for 20 years in nonprofits working on housing issues around the world. For over 10 of those years, he was a C-level executive. He now serves a municipal government in Learning & Development.

Andy holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a M.A. in Organizational Management & Development from Fielding Graduate University. His graduate thesis focuses on managers using coaching skills to improve organizational performance. He is a graduate of the first cohort of Evidence Based Coaching at Fielding Graduate University.

He completed two years studying Christian contemplation with the Living School and the Center for Action and Contemplation under Richard Rohr, Cynthia Bourgeault, and James Finley.

Andy's training in psychosynthesis was with Cristina Pelizzatti, MCC, at Synthesis Coaching Associates.

Andy is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach (purchase the CliftonStrengths assessment here) and will soon be (spring 2023) one of the first coaches in the world certified in the PrinciplesYou personality assessment (take the free assessment here).

In his free time, Andy enjoys downhill skiing, watching and coaching soccer, and bird watching. He resides in Denver, CO with his wife, two children, and a goldendoodle.
